* Planning fee for larger-scale projects €6,500 plus VAT Our Planning service involves developing your approved design layout into more detailed drawings that meet planning application standards. Aside from preparing all required documents, we can also manage the planning process for you. WHATS PROVIDED Preparation of the drawing set which includes existing and proposed drawings of site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and contiguous elevations. Sourcing of sitemap from Ordnance Survey Ireland Preparation of the planning application form and a cover letter to accompany same. Preparation of newspaper notice and lodgement of same. Preparation and lamination of site notice (client to erect site notice). Printing of 6 copies and lodgement of planning permission application with the relevant local authority and monitoring of progress. A full planning pack with copies of all drawings and documentation will be provided for your own records. TIMELINE We aim to lodge the planning application 6-8 weeks from initial consultation date. *Fee for larger-scale projects is €6,750 plus VAT The Tender service includes detailed drawings, documents, and specifications that cover every aspect of the design. Contractors will use this pack to provide you with a quotation. WHATS PROVIDED Pre tender meeting Preparation of the drawing set which includes existing, demolition & proposed drawings of site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and contiguous elevations. Mechanical and electrical drawings such as heating, lighting etc Bathroom schedule Window and door schedule Joinery such as stairs, internal doors, skirting & architraves Specification documents such as wall build ups, insulation etc Finishes schedule Tender review meeting A full set of tender drawings and documentation will be provided for your own records.
