We are capable of converting any CAD file or point cloud into a 3D model that can offer you not only an idea of the space internally and externally but also quantities of materials, construction collaboration with other disciplines and integration of spatial environments.

Using algorithmic services, we provide advanced design options for bespoke furniture and façade options as well as interior design concepts. We can not only design but also provide drawing packs optimised for subcontractors to fabricate and produce based on the original design intent.
Planning Packs
The planning pack service is designed and tailored to your requirements. Every client is different and therefore every project will be bespoke to your needs. With the use of 3D you will be able to visualise your chosen idea from the earliest stage and carry the modelling information through to the drawing pack knowing that everything is coordinated. With early analysis on form, sun light and internal daylight levels your design can be maximised to make the best possible use of your site and budget. We have found that clear, well laid out 3D plans generate better results with the planners and we find we have less requests for information from the local authorities with this method.
Tender Packs
The tender stage is the time when we bring all the small ingredients together and start to create the details that make your design special to you. With the early work done at planning to create a space and form that suits you, the information is then coordinated with engineers and specialist consultants to create the detailed set of drawing, specifications and quantities that will feed into your contractor for pricing and construction programme deliverables.
