We provide thermal modelling and thermal-bridge analysis to assess heat loss, surface temperatures, condensation risk and internal comfort at critical construction junctions. The service is particularly valuable where new construction connects with an existing building, including extensions, refurbishments, window installations, balconies, structural steelwork and changes in wall or roof construction.

BIM / Revit Consultancy
We provide BIM and Revit consultancy services to support clients, design teams and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Site Inspections
We provide a range of independent site inspection and reporting services for homeowners, design teams, contractors, developers and property professionals. Services can include construction-stage inspections, architectural compliance inspections, condition surveys, defect investigations, snagging inspections and reviews of work against the architectural drawings and project requirements.
Following an inspection, we can provide a written report supported by photographs, observations and recommended actions where appropriate.

Interior Design
We provide Assigned Certifier services to support projects through the Building Control process under BC(A)R. As Assigned Certifier, we coordinate inspections, review compliance documentation and work closely with the design team, contractor and client to help ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the Building Regulations. This provides a clear compliance pathway from commencement through to completion.
